Sahlin 1999

This guitar is a wonderful concert quality guitar from Eric Sahlin. Eric built his first guitar over 50 years ago and has established himself as one of this country’s top builders. Sahlin guitars have been played by many top players including Scott Tennant, Andrew York and Ottmar Liebert.

This guitar features a lovely set of dark African Blackwood for the back and sides, mother of pearl accents on the rosette and headstock, and beautiful, engraved Rodgers tuners. The sound is open, full and resonant. The guitar’s overall condition is very good for its age with assorted minor finish marks in the French polish top.
