A few of these 2F model Alhambra were offered to us on closeout as “seconds.” Usually when Alhambra offers us seconds there is some minor finish flaw but on these guitars we could find nothing at all so we suspect they were just released as overstock. The sound of these guitars is really nice, somewhat like an old flamenco – woody, lively and surprisingly colorful. Although these are entry level guitars, players of any ability are likely to find the sound quite satisfying. With the addition of a golpeador (tap plate) these make great flamenco guitars.
