Although we can’t be absolutely certain from the label, this guitar is likely from Juan Ramirez Pimentel, a great early luthier from Mexico City (no relation to the New Mexico Pimentels.) This guitar is a lovely old flamenco suitable for a flamenco or classical player seeking that dry, old, woody sound.
